Solaris Welfare Society Introduction
Sunshine Solaris, a Group Housing project located on Plot No : SC-01/D2 in Sector-79 (Sports City), Noida is being developed by M/s Golfgreen Residency Pvt Ltd. of Sunshine Group.
The Project comprises of 2 towers with 102 apartments of 3 & 4 BHK size in each tower. Just 204 flats in total.The Project is registered with Uttar Pradesh real Estate UPRERA) vide Registration No: UPRERAPRJ9345
The Project launched in 2012-13 with commitment of completion & delivery of flats by 2013-14 is still incomplete. Buyers are facing financial, mental & physical distress due to the delay.For protection of common & collective interests of Buyers & to fight together as provided under The RERA Act., a Registered Association named as Solaris Welfare Society (SWS) has been formed in 2022 and registered under The Society Registration Act (Uttar Pradesh) vide Registration No GBN/04226/2022-23 on date 22-07-2022 .
Majority of the Buyers of Solaris project have already joined the Association. Solaris Welfare Association is an NOT FOR PROFIT Organisation
